Army hires new personnel-A A +A

THE Philippine Army announced that it has started the processing of new candidate soldiers to fill up the quota allocation for 2014.
Army's 101st Infantry Brigade information officer Captain Randy Veracion said the recruitment and processing started last Friday at the Camp Del Pilar in the town of Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte.
He said those who wish to apply need to meet the following basic requirements: 18-26 years of age; height of five feet above; Philippine Army Aptitude Test Battery score of 80 above; without obvious physical deformities; no tattoo; no ear piercing; no penile implant; normal blood pressure; not color blind; good dental health; single and without a child; and with no pending cases in court.
The additional requirements are: birth certificate from the National Statistics Office with official receipt, Form 137 or Transcript of Records, diploma (High School or College), one 2x2 picture with name tag, and with valid Identification Cards (IDs).
