IT WAS the biggest leg of Marco Polo Plaza’s Culinary Journey series to date. The five-star hotel, known for its award-winning dining outlet Café Marco, brought together 10 of its most talented chefs for the weeklong food festivity. Chefs United was launched last Sept. 19.
In attendance at the event were media personalities and hotel patrons, who were able to experience the scrumptious Culinary Journey favorites in one sitting. Some of the dishes served were the patatim by Chef Carlos Dingding, baked pasta in pumpkin by Chef Riz Degamo, beef rendang by Chef Ross Camomot, and chicken tikka masala by Sous Chef Juanito Abangan.
Chefs United is ongoing until Sept. 29, Sunday. Interested diners may call 253-1111 for reservations. FSE
