THE Department of Science and Technology (DOST) in Davao Region said the new Technology Innovation and Packaging Development Center (TIPDC) is set to start its full operations in February.

DOST Regional Director Dr. Anthony C. Sales, in an interview with Sun.Star Davao on Thursday, said the P35-million facility TIPDC at the DOST compound on Dumanlas Rd., Davao City is almost complete. A P5-million budget was allotted for the structure and another P30 million for the center's equipment.
