The city vice mayor is just a breath away from the mayorship as they say.

The city vice mayor of Mabalacat is Christian C. Halili 35 years old and has been in government for quite some time now starting as a councilor. He loves to quote: Mission first, before ambition. Like the mayor he spends most of his office hours catering to the needs of the masses, the city's poor sector.

The staff of the City Vice Mayor's office is composed of: Marla Gutierrez, Ethel Manalo, Arra dela Cruz, Analyn Valencia, Elaine Dungca, Rannie Navalta, Arnold Yap, Rebeck Alejaga, Vida Pialet and Leonardo Castro.
