11th COMMANDMENT -- Two friends talking over bottles of light beers: 'Pare, kunwari nahuli ka ni kumare na may kasamang babae sa kwarto at pareho kayong hubad at ginagawa ninyo ang alam mo na, paano mo ito lulusutan?’

His friend's quick reply: 'Pare, huwag mong kalimutan ang 11th commandment. Thou shall not admit! Huwag umamin, sabihin mo nabasa ka sa ulan at naghubad ka at nadulas ka lang. He, he, he. End of conversation.

DENIAL KINGS AND QUEENS -- One newspaper said 'lawmakers are all riled up over reports linking them to the pork barrel scam'. Suddenly they don't know Janet Lim Napoles, the alleged pork barrel scam mastermind. They don't know her, never met her, never made deals with her. Even Senate President Franklin Drilon said he doesn't know her, when people in the know are saying in whispers that he was a frequent guest on the lavish parties Napoles hosted.

VERY SILENT -- The old man is a fox. Juan Ponce Enrile is a survivor, because he knows how to navigate his way through stormy weathers in his life. In this long running scandal he is silent, doesn't issue statements, refuses press interviews and just plays candy crush. Remember when the feisty Lady Miriam was castigating him in a privilege speech in the senate? The fox was unmoved, just focused on his I-pad. Lalong napikon si Miriam.

THE KAPAMPANGANS IN THE SCANDAL -- No amount of text messages and phone calls to former Congresswoman Zeny Ducut by various media organizations, she doesn't return them. She might have drawn an inspiration from Enrile. She doesn't issue statements, refuses media interviews and avoids discussing the pork barrel scandal. But if the accounts of the whistle blowers will be given weight in court, our friend Zeny may join her friend Janet behind bars.

We have to wait for a reply, if ever one is coming from former Congressman Mikey Arroyo, if indeed he really worked as agent for Napoles. Candaba Mayor Rene Maglanque, a former assistant secretary of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) even placed large tarpaulins welcoming the Napoles couple in his inauguration last year. That somehow gave him away. Congressman Oscar Rodriguez is fuming because his name was dragged in the scandal. He denies any involvement. Same thing with former Congresswoman Anna York Bondoc also named in the scandal but denies involvement.

Somehow, many are asking if former Congressman Dong Gonzales who spent six years in the House of Representatives is not in any way involved with the Napoles group. It seems he is clean. He had all his pork barrel channeled to infrastructure projects and farmed to his favored contractors.

Dennis Cunanan, our cabalen from Magalang town, who was pointed to by whistle blower Ben Hur Luy to have benefited from the scam when he was deputy director of Technology Resource Center went back to the United States according to his father. I didn't ask the father if Dennis is coming back to face the music, so to speak.

LITO LAPID STAND -- Senator Lito Lapid is no Enrile, but like the latter, he maintains a radio silence regarding his alleged involvement. He and his Senate office don't issue press statements. I talked with him recently in his Friendship Plaza residence in Anunas, Angeles City and queried him regarding the pork scam issue. His answer: 'Eku makialam kareng kanakung pork barrel, i Atty. Filmer(Abrajano) iyang mamahala karen at e gawang matsura na sumabit ku ampong ing upisina'. (I don't have a hand in the disposition of my pork barrel allocation, it is Atty. Filmer who managed the funds, and I know he wouldn't do anything bad that would place me and the office in a sorry situation).

WHAT ABOUT TARZAN? -- What about him? When I asked him regarding the scandal, he gave me a haply smile. 'You will never read my name in the papers that I am involved', he said.

'Many times I was approached and in all those instances, I refused pare', he added.

So there you are readers.
