Cops nab 3 drug dealers-A A +A

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- Police arrested on Monday three suspected Muslim drug dealers and their cohort during a buy-bust operation at Purok 6, Barangay San Pedro Cutud, City of San Fernando.
Senior Superintendent Marlon Madrid, officer-in-charge of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPPO), identified the arrested as Asnia Dimasar, 25, Baisaman Bongsara, 19, and Nasima Abdulrahman, 29, all temporarily residing in the said barangay.
The three are natives of Lanao Del Sur and are allegedly involved in selling illegal drugs in the city.
Also apprehended during the operation was Jason James Sarmiento, 25, a resident of Barangay Sta. Lucia, City of San Fernando.
Seized from them were 67 pieces of plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and a P500 bill used as marked money by the poseur buyer.
The suspects are presently under the custody at the office of Provincial Investigation Branch of the PPPO while appropriate charges are set to be filed in court, Madrid said.
He said that the confiscated items were taken to the Regional Crime Laboratory Office-3 here.
Madrid said the Pampanga police will continue their campaign against illegal drugs in the province.
