Police arrest 3 Central Luzon most wanted-A A +A

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- Three most wanted persons in the province of Zambales and cities of Tarlac and Olongapo were arrested by operatives of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB) in a series of manhunt operations over the weekend.
Superintendent Sidney Villaflor, RPSB-Central Luzon commander, identified the arrested as Abner Dolandolan, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Botolan, Zambales; Jay Briones alias Jaya, a resident of San Sebastian Village, Tarlac City; and Romel Banua of Barangay Balic-Balic, Sta Rita, Olongapo City.
Villaflor said Dolandolan was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Josefina Farrales of Regional Trial Court branch 69 in Iba, Zambales for the crime of rape.
Dolandolan, Villaflor said, was listed as number two most wanted person in Botolan town.
Briones was apprehended in his house with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Lily De Vera of RTC branch 64 in Tarlac City for the crime of Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act with a recommended bail of P200,000.
Meanwhile, Banua was arrested by virtue of two warrants of arrests issued by Judge Marnnisa Ligaya, Olongapo City and Judge Tomas Eduardo Madella III for theft and serious physical injury.
Chief Superintendent Raul Petrasanta, Police Regional Office-3 director, lauded the operatives of RPSB in the region for their continued campaign against wanted persons.
