CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- Two bodies of men, believed to be "salvage" victims, were found in two separate places in Pampanga and Tarlac, over the weekend.

One of the victims was found at a grassy portion along the Santo Rosarion Road in Barangay San Agustin, Santa Ana town, Pampanga.

Police said the beheaded body had no clothes and identification.

The body was found by a resident in said village. It was placed inside a rice sack and already on the stage of decomposition.

The other body was found along Getha road in Barangay Maliwalo, Tarlac City.

The victim's feet were tied while his head was covered with packaging tape. Police said the victim was a 40-year-old, wearing blue t-shirt and orange short pants.

Police believed that the bodies were dumped in said places to mislead investigators. (Ric Sapnu)
