Further, three public high schools in the Second District will have new multi-purpose covered courts worth some P5,487,163.
Pangan said that yearly, the Provincial Government allocates a budget for the infrastructure projects under the education program of Governor Lilia Pineda.
"The Provincial Government is constructing classrooms because Governor Pineda is aware that the Department of Education cannot fully address the classrooms shortage in the province," said Pangan.
He also gave the assurance that the newly constructed, improved and repaired classrooms are of high standard and complete with essential amenities.
"The classrooms are elevated in flood-prone areas. They are also designed to be conducive for learning and well-ventilated. Each classroom has its own comfort room," Pangan said. (Jenna Lumbang/Pampanga PIO)
