KIA PAMPANGA was the big winner for this year’s dealers convention held in Bonifacio Global City last Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC) the official distributor of Kia in the Philippines staged this event to recognize the dealers and employees who have exemplified an outstanding performance in the area of sales operations and aftersales. Kia Pampanga bested other Kia dealerships in the country and won the Platinum Prestige (Silver Turtleship) award, the most coveted award of the event.

The Platinum Prestige is awarded only to the top three percent of all Kia dealerships. In addition to this, the dealership won several major awards such as Best in Parts Operations, Best in Service Operations, and Best in Events Marketing. Jaycee Ramirez won Best Kia Sales Executive in the Luzon region.

Levy P. Laus, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Laus Group of Companies, together with Diorella A. Laus, Kia Pampanga Executive Director, Levy S. Santos, Kia Pampanga Business Manager, and his team represented the dealership during the awards night. The chairman could not contain his happiness as he joined the Kia Pampanga team for a night of celebration. “Excellence and customer satisfaction has been a way of life for the men and women of Kia Pampanga and they truly deserve this recognition” shared Laus.

The event also highlighted Kia Pampanga as one of 30 best Kia dealers worldwide, an award received by Kia Pampanga last January 31, 2015 in Melbourne, Australia. With all these distinctions, Kia Pampanga is indeed in league on its own as it continues to keep a top spot in the automotive industry, riding on a crest of accolades awarded by no less than Kia Motors Corporation.

The Kia Pampanga tradition of Excellence

Setting new milestones with every automotive trend it spearheads and garnering the highest honor from its local and global counterparts, Kia Pampanga does not rest on its laurels yet as it continues to secure its presence in the market. With this, CAC Dealers Conference becomes an annual convention where Kia’s network of distributors and dealers gather together to share the Kia vision of becoming the most desirable brand through relentless training of its most valued dealers and distributors.

“Go Higher” was the theme of the evening’s event as CAC president Ginia R. Domingo delivered an inspiring message to the Kia dealers and executives: “Kia will strive to take greater heights and soar high to attain its targets for this year.”

Implementation of Kia’s Dealer Enhancement Program Plus (KDEP+) and Customer Experience Management (CEM) was one of the conference’s highlights to ensure world-class operations and customer service to uphold its status as a trusted automotive brand among customers and motorists. CAC also recognizes the astuteness of a selected group of elites by giving away awards and recognitions to Kia’s “best of the best” in all areas of distributor management.

And indeed, top-notch dealership Kia Pampanga was recognized in this most celebrated event after being heralded as 2014 Dealer of the Year in the Philippines, besting over 5,283 of its Kia counterparts worldwide. With its dedication to providing no less than the best motoring lifestyle to the Kapampangans, this provincial dealer was esteemed by the awarding bodies of CAC for being a champion leader in terms of Parts, Sales, and Service Operations – the true global standard of excellence trademark of the Kia brand.
