JANUARY 31st was a red letter day for Paolo Visenio and Maria Eris Angelica Dizon who tied the knot at the Saint Joseph the Worker Chapel 2, Clarkfield, Pampanga with Reverend Father Kenneth Alde as the officiating priest. A dinner reception followed at the posh Holiday Inn Clark.

The dashing groom Paolo is the son of Armando and Armistice Visenio while the gorgeous bride Angel is the only daughter of Jose Angelo and Remedios Dizon. Paolo is an IT Professional who graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University while Angel is currently a dermatologist who established her practice in Angeles City and San Fernando, Pampanga.

The two lovebirds have been acquainted since 2005. Paolo is the brother of Angel’s barkada from medical school. Through the years, the two have been meeting at random occasions like birthday parties until they met again in 2012 at the hospital where Angel was doing her residency training while Paolo’s mom happened to be admitted. Paolo, who has been nursing a crush on Angel since the day they first met, got Angel’s number from his mother. They started going out in January 2013 on mostly laid back out of town trips and impromptu food trips and officially became a couple on April 11, 2013. A year later on April 11, 2014, Paolo finally popped the question to Angel at her clinic’s parking lot in a simple yet sincere proposal.

Principal sponsors were Francis Ong, Abraham Pascual, Aristeo Valdez, Uldarico Palma, Diosdado Pineda, Eduardo Laxa, Wilfredo Calma, Peachy Paz-Lao, Aida Dizon, Ana Marie David, Annabella Isidro, Dolores Gozun, Flora Tecson and Amalia Meloto. The best man was John Patrick Visenio while Chariza Tantamco served as the Maid of
Honor.

Groomsmen included Juan Francisco Visenio, Juan Gabriel Visenio, Paul Christian Dizon and Luis Angelo Ibarra while the bridesmaids were Michelle Mil Tan – Mencias, Maria Katrina Visenio – Barcarse, Jennilyn Lualhati – Rodriguez, and Rachelle Munoz Dizon. Carlo Marie Jose Dizon was tasked as the Junior Groomsman while Paula Marie Krisel Dizon was assigned as the Junior Bridesmaids.

Secondary sponsors were Jon Arasula and Maria Margarita Visenio for the candles, Marco Antonio Malaca and Rose Angeli Visenio for the veil, and Jeremiah James Tecson and Catherine Porciuncula for the cord. Flower girls were Mara Isabella Tapnio and Mira Juliana Tapnio while the ring bearer and coin bearer were Sebastian Apollo Sangalang and Lorenzo Rodriguez respectively.

The ever pretty Angel looked absolutely stunning in an off white wedding gown by designer Rich Fontanilla with her hair and make-up done by the sought after make-up artist Mariah Santos. Black Tie Project took charge of the magnificent wedding photos and the onsite video as well.

Members of the entourage took home mason jars filled with famous Aying’s Pastillas from Nueva Ecija while mason jars filled with well-loved candies from the 80s were given away to guests as tokens. Imprints.Photo was the chosen photobooth supplier for the event.

In spite of her busy practice, Angel was a hands on bride when it came to wedding details and planned most of it on her own, with help from family friend Tita Tere Paras and her cousins Gaile Palma, Cris Aquino, Klang Iddoba, and Joy Bernales.

Well wishers included Angel’s college friends Relia Munoz, Dr. Rachelle Dizon and Michelle Aguilar Ong.

Milestones would like to greet Pao and Angel congratulations and best wishes!
