Many times . . .including Xterra & Tabuelan 111

3. What’s your tri-race mantra or ritual?
Start smart & Finish Strong. My pre-race ritual is one-week Carbo loading & lots of rest.

4. Who is your Ironman ultimate idol and if given the chance to see him in person, what would you tell him/her?
Currently it's Pete Jacobs the IronMan Phils & Kona 2012 Champion. But, since I'm not aiming for a Pro or an Elite level, I'm focused on the the world's oldest IronMan triathlete: Arthur Gilbert at 91 and still going strong on his 40th Ironman in 2012. I would love to join him during training & see how he prepares for race.
