Carcar is a pretty laid back city. But since it is the gateway to other towns down south, things can be a little busy and hectic at times. If you want to be in the center of all the action, head on to the Carcar Rotunda. At the very center is a kiosk where you can just sit back, relax, and observe the steady flow of human traffic while enjoying a bag of chicharon and a cold bottle of soda. (HangingRice.com)
