THE Northeast Monsoon directly affects Luzon and Visayas which can cause isolated rain, said state weather forecasters on Tuesday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain.

"Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast to north over Mindanao.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough,” Pagasa said.

Pagasa also said, as of Tuesday, there is no tropical cyclone existing within the Philippine Area of Responsibility. (Sunnex)
