AFTER patching things up between them, actress Maja Salvador believes that it will take some time before her friendship with Kim Chiu is fully revived.

In an interview during the "Legal Wife" press conference on Thursday, Salvador said that she felt relieved after her reconciliation with her then best friend.

"Halos lahat yun ang dasal and finally, nasagot na. May peace na sa puso ko, sa utak ko. Magaan, sobrang gaan. Mas nakakahinga ka ng maluwag... sa lalakaran mo sa ABS-CBN, walang takot," she said.

Salvador shared that her recent "emotional reunion" with Chui went well. She declined to discuss detailed of the meeting.

The actress revealed that it was her who reached out to Chiu.

When asked if her closeness with Chui is back to how it used to be, the 25-year-old actress said it will take some time but she's willing to wait.

"It takes time. Sa nangyari, hindi mo mababalik (ang lahat). It takes time and hindi natin alam kung anong mangyayari bukas.

As for boyfriend Gerald Anderson, Salvador said he is happy that finally there is no more bad blood between her and the Cebuana actress.
