CEBUANO actor Matteo Guidicelli said his parents approves of his rumored girlfriend Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo.

Last March 28, the "Biggest Loser" host celebrated his 25th birthday with close friends and family. His parents attended the said event while Geronimo also came with mother, Divine.

According to Guidicelli, it was his happiest birthday because he was with the company of people who close to him.

"Sobra yung set-up na ginawa nila para sa akin. Sobrang laki at lahat ng mga kaibigan ko andoon. Everybody's there and it was a good night. All my friends and family were all there. Yes, we had a good time," he said.

The Cebu native also shared that his parents have finally met the singer/actress in person and they like her.

"My parents don't really watch her on TV but when they saw her, they said she's really, really beautiful and they didn't expect her to be like that. I'm happy that they like her," Guidicelli said.

During the occasion, Guidicelli and Geronimo were pictured holding each other's hands. A video of them singing "All of Me" also went viral online.

When asked about this, the actor said they were just having fun.

"We're just having a good time at the party and we're just enjoying with family and friends. I just want her to have a good time and I was having a good time," he added.

One reporter also spotted the actor giving Geronimo a "goodbye kiss," to which he replied: "Everything is special about that."

He's also thankful that the singer/actress' mother was present during his birthday party.

When asked on the real score between him and Geronimo, Guidicelli said there's a right time to answer the question.

"I don't want to lie. I don't want to say anything that's why I'm not denying anything. One day, I'll just wait for that," he said.

Right now, Matteo said he is happy and hopeful for a brighter year ahead.

Aside from the "Biggest Loser," he's also doing a movie with Iza Calzado, Isabelle Daza, and Maricar Reyes entitled "Somebody To Love," directed by Jose Javier Reyes.

"Last year has been a blessing, I hope next year is even better with work. I'm shooting a movie and sana tuloy tuloy lahat," he ended. (Sunnex)
