POKWANG told her close friend, Queen of All Media Kris Aquino, to enjoy life and her new found happiness in her new suitor.

The comedienne was with Aquino when the television host revealed she's semi-heartbroken last month and decided to give another guy a chance.

When asked about the identity of Aquino's suitor, Pokwang declined to comment but said that the television host is "very happy" now.

"I know masaya siya ngayon at nakikita naman natin sa mga pino-post niya sa Instagram. Ngayon kung sino man yung dahilan ng kaligayahan niya, let's be happy na lang for her na lang," she said.

Pokwang added: "Kung sino man siya na nagpapasaya kay Kris, thank you. Enjoy life to the fullest.

Just like Aquino, the comedienne also went through failed relationships in the past. She's also a single mother to a 17-year-old daughter.

Pokwang said that she is not seeing someone right now but she's not closing her doors for new love. She wishes to find a guy who would not only love her, but also her daughter and the rest of her family.

Kung mahal ako talaga, mag-aantay yan," she said.

Pokwang also revealed that since she entered show business, she hasn't had any official boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. She dated a couple of guys, mostly foreigners, but didn’t have any serious relationship.

She's afraid to love again due to her past heartaches.

Mararamdaman mo naman yung pag ito na, this is it, siya na yun," she said.

Pokwang said that she does not believe that comedians are "generally unlucky" in love. She said there's a perfect partner for everyone. "You just have to wait for that special someone," she said.

The comedienne is part of the afternoon series "Mirabella" on ABS-CBN. (Sunnex)
