HIT primetime series "Got To Believe" will air its last episode on Friday, March 7, giant network ABS-CBN news said.

Top billed by perennial love team Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo, the said evening program captured the hearts of many since it premiered in August 2013.

Avid television viewers followed the lives of Chichay (Kathryn) and Joaquin (Daniel) religiously, from their early start as a couple to their complicated love story.

But once the program ends, supporter can still expect more from the two as they will star opposite each other in the film adaptation of the best-selling pop fiction book "She's Dating the Gangster."

Written by Bianca Bernardino, Kathryn will breathe life to the character of Athena Dizon, a 17-year-old girl who falls in love with her fake boyfriend Kenji de los Reyes, a gangster and a campus heartthrob, played by Daniel.

The book debuted as online reads via Wattpad and later on published and distributed by Summit Books.

"She's Dating the Gangster" will be their third lead flick together after doing "Must Be... Love" and "Pagpag: Siyam na Buhay" last year.

The flick is under the helm of "Got To Believe" director Cathy Garcia-Molina. (Sunnex)
