TELEVISION viewers will be treated to stories from the heart this month of February, as Kapatid Network presents four tales of self-discovery, destiny, second chances and true love in Studio5 Original Movies.

The made-for-TV movies will kick-off with Joel Lamangan's "Lady Next Door" starring "Artista Academy" alumni Mark Neumann and seasoned actress Alice Dixson.

Airing February 4, "Lady Next Door" tells the story of Jake, played by Mark, who falls obsessively in love with Hanna (Alice), a much older woman who is struggling with her personal battles.

Despite their big age difference, they find refuge and, later on, fall deeply in love with each other.

The second tele-cine is the much-awaited reunion project of Superstar Nora Aunor and perennial love team, season actor Tirso Cruz III.

In "When I Fall in Love," Guy and Pip will breathe life to Fely and Armando Buenaventura, respectively, a couple who are on the verge of celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.

Their characters will go down memory lane, from their forbidden love, marriage, deception, to acceptance, and face the truths of the present, that Armando is dying of pancreatic cancer.

During the press screening of the project, Aunor said she's happy to be part of another Joel Lamangan masterpiece and to share the boob tube with longtime on-screen partner, Cruz.

She also thanked the TV5 bosses and production staff for making this tele-Cine possible.

Meanwhile, on the third week of February, teens and young at heart will be treated to Daniel Matsunaga and Jasmine Curtis-Smith's romantic comedy "The Replacement Bride."

Jasmine plays the role of Chynna, a broken-hearted girl who makes the mistake of stopping and ruining Kael's (Daniel) wedding.

Determined to make Chynna pay for her wrongdoing, Kael forces her to do everything to win back the heart of his girlfriend Sandy, played by Arci Munoz.

Along the way, Jasmine and Daniel's character will learn that you can't teach love and it can sometimes come in unexpected place and time.

"The Replacement Bride" is directed by Mac Alejandre.

Finally, capping the Valentine's month offering of the network is Lamangan and Eric Quizon’s "Bawat Sandali," starring Mylene Dizon, Yul Servo, Angel Aquino and Derek Ramsay.

It presents a tragic love story of deceit and crime that unveils the most shameful discoveries.

All four stories will air every Tuesday, beginning February 4, only on TV5. (Sunnex)
