QUEEN of All Media Kris Aquino officially renewed her contract with the Kapamilya Network on Tuesday.

Present during the signing were ABS-CBN Chairman Gabby Lopez, President and CEO Charo Santos-Concio, Broadcast head Cory Vidanez, Kris herself and manager, Dreamscape Business Unit head Deo Endrinal.

Through the network's official Corporate Communications account in Instagram, the television host was quoted saying: "Who would want to leave if you're with the number one."

Kris announced her decision to renew with the network while she was vacation in London with sons Joshua and James Jr., famously known as Bimby.

According to the Queen of Talk, she's happy to continue her 18-year ties with the station. She's also thankful to the board who have shown her "trust, value and importance" through the years.

"What I have become as a host, entertainer and producer came about because in 1996 FMG (Freddie M. Garcia) who was then president of ABS-CBN told me, 'Come back home," Kris said.

She added that her decision is also for the welfare of her kids, who remains to be her top priority.

"Pls. know that whatever decision I make, apart from considering what will be most beneficial for my 2 sons, it's very important to me to consider what you, my audience, wants," she wrote on her Instagram account.

In a recent "Kris TV" episode, the television host confirmed she will continue the morning program and will also be doing other projects. (Sunnex)
