QUEEN of All Media Kris Aquino confirmed on Monday evening that she renewed her contract with television network ABS-CBN.

In an Instagram post, the television host revealed that it was her manager and Dreamscape head Deo Endrinal who continued talks with station bosses on her contract renewal after she left Manila with sons Joshua and James for a two-week vacation in London.

"I have been with ABS-CBN for 18 years and like any other family, we've had our ups and downs and sometimes unavoidable 'tampuhan' -- but we remain FAMILY," she wrote.

Kris also explained her side on rumors that she negotiated with other rival stations.

The TV host revealed she never had any meeting with GMA-7 executives but confirmed that she met TV5 Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan twice, sometime in October and in December 23.

"I never met with any GMA officials but I am grateful to them for the generous coverage they gave 'My Little Bossings,' primarily because of their longstanding partnership with Vic Sotto & the 'Eat Bulaga' family."

Without divulging details on her meetings with Pangilinan, Kris said she's happy to renew again with mother station ABS-CBN and grateful to its board for the "trust, value and importance" they have given her.

"What I have become as a host, entertainer and producer came about because in 1996 FMG (Freddie M. Garcia) who was then president of ABS-CBN told me, ‘Come back home.’”

She also thanked her best friend Boy Abunda, the rest of the "Kris TV" family and her legions of fans for the continuous support, understanding and faith in her talent.

"Thank you for watching me, enjoying me and making me part of your daily viewing. Because of your support, I get to continue a job I love and I am also able to provide well for Kuya & Bimb... From my heart, MARAMING SALAMAT KAPAMILYA!!!"

As of this posting, no words yet on the number of years she renewed in her contract and what shows are lined-up for the television host. (Sunnex)
