WITH two horror-suspense flicks under its belt, Skylight Films teams up with Star Cinema in new comedy movie "Bromance: My Brother's Romance."
Top billed by "Banana Split" mainstay Zanjoe Marudo, the actor/comedian will breathe life to twins Brando and Brandy.
After Brando had a tough time accepting his brother’s gender, he decided to lead his own life and put up an auto repair business while Brandy became a successful interior designer.
One day, their mother asked them to set aside their differences but Brandy slipped into coma after figuring in an accident.
Brando, while his brother is in the hospital, discovered that Brandy is in the final stages of closing a multi-million design deal, prompting him to pull a twin switch and pose as his gay brother.
Also joining Zanjoe in the movie are leading lady Cristine Reyes, Arlene Muhlach, Joy Viado, Manuel Chua, Boom Labrusca, Joey Paras, Carlo Romero, Maricar de Mesa, Abbie Bautista and Nikki Valdez.
The movie also features "Karakaraka" as its theme song, the single from Vice Ganda's newest dance album.
Directed by box-office comedy director Wenn Deramas, “Bromance: My Brother's Romance" opens on May 15. (Sunnex)
