Friday, March 27, 2015 - 07:48 p.m.

WHEN there’s wine, it’s bound to be a good time. Rustan’s recently hosted a wine tasting event at their supermarket in Ayala Center Cebu. The different varieties for the afternoon were Moët and Chandon Champagne Brut Imperial from France, Flametree Shiraz from Australia and Beronia Crianza from Spain. With modern wine drinking, there are no hard rules anymore for red wine being paired only with red meat, or white wine being paired only with seafood. But what do you buy to go with that bottle?

The Beauty Enthusiast: Having mid-length hair

Thursday, March 26, 2015 - 09:58 p.m.

I RECENTLY cut off about half my hair, leaving me with a mid-length style that ends just above my shoulders. Why the drastic chop? I guess I was simply due for a haircut—I tend to cut it only thrice a year, testing myself to see how long I can grow it. I needed to get rid of dry, damaged ends, and I wanted to finally try a lob (long bob), which I have been meaning to do for ages.
