Incumbent leaders get high satisfaction rating-A A +A

INCUMBENT Iloilo City officials have received a high satisfaction rating in the survey conducted last month by the Random Access Consultants Inc. (Raci).
Based on the survey conducted from July 25 to 28, Ilonggos gave Senate President Franklin Drilon the highest approval rating with 79.8 percent, followed by Representative Jerry P. Trenas with 76.3 percent, City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog with 69.3 percent, and Vice Mayor Jose Espinosa with 44.7 percent.
Ilonggos gave a thumbs-up sign to Drilon for his performance of public service and assistance to the city, according to the survey.
The performance satisfaction approval rating also gave Councilor Nielex Tupas a score of 56.5 percent as the highest among the Iloilo City Council members.
Iloilo City Councilors Joshua Alim got a score of 44.5 percent, Jason Gonzalez (43 percent), RLeone Gerochi (39 percent), Jay Trenas (38 percent), Lady Julie Grace Baronda (36 percent), Eduardo Penaredondo (34.3 percent), Liecel Zulueta (34 percent), Plaridel Nava (29 percent), Armand Parcon (28.3 percent), Rodel Fullon Agado (26.3 percent), and Lyndon Acap (24.5 percent).
The same survey results gave President Benigno Aquino III a score of 34.5 percent and Vice President Jejomar Binay a score of 45 percent.
Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas got a 38.5 percent approval rating.
Meanwhile, another survey question, “Will you vote for them again,” was also conducted and gave Tupas the highest rating with 62.6 percent, followed by Espinosa (56.8 percent), Gonzales (53.1 percent), Alim (51.9 percent), Jay Trenas (51 percent), Gerochi (50.5 percent), Parcon (48.6 percent), Baronda (48.3 percent), Zulueta (45.3 percent), Penaredondo (45 percent), Agado (44.5 percent), Nava (41.5 percent), and Acap (39 percent).
