Galacio paces bowlfest

WILLIAM Galacio paced the Blue Knight Tenpin Open Tournament qualifying held Friday at the NCCC Mall B3 Center lanes.

Galacio hit a total of 1,128 pinfalls after six games while Toto Delfin garnered 1,109 to place second. Joshua Disuacido (1,103) was third followed by Rene Dalayon (1,094) and Manuel Nierra II (1,083) in fourth and fifth, respectively.

Batch 76' president Edward Grasparil, in an message sent to Sun.Star Davao, said that from the original 24 participants, only 14 will advance to the finals on July 25.


The champion will pocket the top purse of P10,000 while second-placer will receive P6,000 and the next two placers will go home with P4,000 and P2,000.

The top qualifier and top Addu bowler will also receive prizes. Myphone items will be given away as consolation prizes.

The bowlfest is organized by Ateneo de Davao University High School Batch '76. (KRP)
