Futsal Cross Training slated for ASFL players

A FUTSAL Cross Training will be conducted by the Anthony Sasin Futsal League (ASFL) among the participating teams of the Black Mace Security Futsal Summer League 2014.

The futsal cross training aims to improve the speed, agility and overall strength of the players to maintain good level of play in the futsal league.

Training sessions are scheduled at 7 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at Belisario Heights Subdivision, Damosa Gate 7, while an evening session will take place every Wednesday night at SM Lanang Premier.


The evening session includes ball skills, passing skills, quickness drills and defensive theory.

Few of the top women players in Davao City or advanced women players will also participate in the cross training.

ASFL also plans to include a co-education play for beginners once a week prior to the futsal cross training skills practice.
