Mexican envoy visits Davao

AMBASSADOR Julio Camarena Villaseñor, ambassador of Mexico to the Philippines, paid a courtesy call at the Davao City Hall Friday morning.

“They see possibility of investing in Davao City and for our products to be exported to Mexico,” City Administrator Melchor V. Quitain said in an interview, adding the ambassador was more inclined toward the manufacturing sector.

Villaseñor also paid a courtesy call on Acting Mayor Paolo Duterte, City Council floor leader Councilor Tomas Monteverde IV, and City Tourism Operations Office head Lisette Marques.
