POLICE filed complaints on Thursday before the City Prosecution Office against a tricycle driver who was tagged in the killing of a man in Brgy. 76-A, Bucana in Davao City last February 11.
Facing murder charges is Raymon Dagle after he was accused in killing Reynante Laguido, 25, a native of Davao Oriental and a resident of Quimpo blvd.
Reports from Talomo police revealed that the shooting happened at 5:30 a.m.
The victim was on his way to the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal when the suspect shot him on his head killing him on the spot.
Dagle was identified through rogue gallery as witnesses in the area provided a description after seeing the suspect running from the crime scene.
A friend of the victim told police that Laguido and Dagle had an unsettled grudge before and that may have been the motive of the killing.
Scene of the Crime Operatives (Soco) responded at the crime scene but no fired cartridge or empty shell was recovered.
The case was filed under regular filing as police are yet to arrest the suspect.
