Duterte rates self a 6-A A +A

DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte gave himself a rating of six out of 10 for having served the city for more than two decades now.
"This would not be a self-serving statement but I'd like to place around, five to six, and it's good enough for me," Duterte said during the “Give Us This Day” guesting last week.
"It is best suited for Davao City because they like me and this is my 22nd year as the mayor of the city. I'd like to think that the people of Davao agreed with me and also cooperated with the government," he said.
Duterte, during the program, also reiterated his stance against criminals in the city.
He said the criminals are the ones who should "move in fear" around the city and not the law-abiding citizens.
“In Davao, I do not want that the law-abiding, God-fearing citizens of Davao City to go around the streets in fear of being molested or abused. It should be the criminals who should fear moving around the city because if I see them, I will greet them, ‘why are you here? Were you invited by anybody to be in the city?,’” he said.
Duterte said law-abiding citizens highly deserve to go around the city safe since it is their right, while the criminals only have "very limited rights."
“They have imposed that kind of conditions on themselves, hindi naman tayo eh. And that's your (criminals) problem, not mine,” he said.
He said the civilians can freely choose the places in the city where they can go even at night without being molested or killed, while the criminals "should move in fear because (Commission on Human Rights) Etta Rosales would get mad if something happens to them."
Duterte, during the program, also called himself the "adopted son of God."
"Beside me is the appointed son of God (pertaining to Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy) and I am the adopted son of God. I'd like to retain the title," he jested.
