Stylish weekend

IT’S that time of the year when the Ayala Malls gather the fashionistas in the malls all over the country for its annual fashion treat—the Style Origin Community Fashion Show back to back with the Style Origin MensWeek. The signature event gathers the latest collections from its retailers, styles and presents it in one grand show.

In Davao, it’s the Abreeza Mall where the midyear fashion extravaganza was held. Over a weekend in July, models from Manila and Davao, which included the hijos and hijas from the city’s notable families, took to the ramp and strutted in the season’s trend.

Showcasing stylish wearables for men and women, kids and teens, ranging from active wear to chic casuals, from trendy to formal, Style Origin Community Fashion Show and MensWeek were successful in delivering a well-styled collection that featured pieces from its retailers like Marks & Spencer, Guess, Esprit, Giordano, Soul, Wrangler and many more, that can adapt to the very relaxed fashion climate of this Southern city, while offering a trendier way for men to hit the streets or shindigs with pieces from the racks of Manila based designer ateliers.

Congratulations Abreeza and the Ayala Malls! Looking forward to more fashion savvy gatherings in your establishments.

Style Origin is in partnership with The Philippine STAR and Starworld, and in collaboration with Mega Magazine, Meg Magazine, Chalk, Systema Tooth & Gum Care, and Shokubutsu Hana Shampoo.
