Polo Bistro launches Ribs & Bibs

WEAR the bib and dig on those ribs at Polo Bistro’s latest food promotion. Launched last August 1, 2014, Ribs and Bibs will run until August 9th only. So hurry to the pool deck of Marco Polo Davao and grab those melt in your mouth treats served hot from the grill.

Enjoy Pork and Beef Ribs grilled to perfection. There are four preparations to choose from, and one (I’m pretty sure all) will catch your fancy—Japanese Beef Short Ribs (with Teriyaki Sauce and Pear, and Cucumber and Wakame Salad), Chinese Spareribs (with Szechuan Sauce and Prawn Cracker, and Snowpea and White Radish Salad), Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs (with Bulgogi Sauce and Green Apple, and a side dish of Kimchi) and Polo Bistro Baby Back Ribs (with Polo Bistro’s Signature sauce and Potato Chips, and Pomelo and Green Mango Salad). Now, wear your bib and sink your teeth into the juicy and succulent ribs you’ve been yearning for.

The ribs of your choice might find the perfect company with your favorite beer but how about pairing it with the Dark Mojito this time? The bartender’s specially concocted drink is so refreshing that it makes a perfect cocktail to start or even cap your evening. You’d welcome the kick that comes with the it for sure.
