Random Sites

-A A +A

THE World Wide Web has many sites that will suit specific people from food to fashion and videos to social networking. But if you just want to kill the time reading random lists or stories, you should check these out:

The Controversial Files (www.thecontroversialfiles.net)

According to them, this is the "library of the most controversial files." True to their word, the site really has controversial articles ranging from conspiracy theories, ufology, oddity, society, health, science, etc. I think the most unforgettable article I have read here is the article on Ganges River wherein the river and its banks are littered with decomposing bodies of humans and animals and feces.

Top Tenz (www.toptenz.net), Cracked (www. cracked.com), and
Buzzfeed (www.buzzfeed.com)

These sites offer lists, articles, and infographics on almost anything under and over the sun. Lists and articles on the bizzare, cultures, entertainment, science, and etc can be viewed in these websites. You can find amazing artworks on Disney Princesses, quizzes on which Simpsons or Game of Thrones character you are, photos of the hottest men or women alive, and etc.

Youtube (www.youtube.com)

Yes, Youtube. How can I not include my main source of entertainment? This video-sharing website has lots to offer. It can go weird with the eyeball licking videos and at the same time can provide you with much needed information with instructional videos. There are also videos of cats, dogs, ninja bear, nyan cat, and the list goes on and on.

4chan (www.4chan.org), Reddit (www.reddit.com), and 9GAG (www.9gag.com)

It has the ability to speed up time, you begin surfing through them at 3:00 pm then next thing you know it’s already 7:00 pm. They will also show shocking human behavior and psychology which will definitely make you question: "Do people actually do this?"

So there they are, sites to keep you busy on a boring day because of its randomness. Word of advice, do not enter the sites while you are working. Why? Because I said so, just don't. Trust me. If you have comments, suggestions, or want me to explore some site in web, email me at: rjfl14_91@hotmail.com or follow me at @rjfl14 on twitter, even though I do not update it regularly. Cheers!
