Coffee and an App-A A +A

I'M A coffee drinker. No, scratch that. I'm a heavy coffee drinker. It can be black, with sugar or those handcrafted drinks at your favorite coffee shop in the mall or somewhere else. On a regular day, I'd probably consume anywhere between 250mL to 350mL of coffee.
Safe to say, that I am hooked to caffeine.
And with such level of hook up, sleeping becomes a problem for me. There are even days that I'm actually awake until the next day. Yes, 36 hours or more of being awake. Fueled by coffee. Some of you out there will probably be able to related to what I go through. We just want to sleep but we can't because the caffeine we've had is still keeping our bodies wide awake.
Enter UP Coffee by Jawbone. Here's their website: https://jawbone.com/up/coffee. It's an app. A free app. Yes, free. I see your smile from here. Anyway, it's an app that promises to help you in understanding how caffeine is affecting your (and my) body so you can better control your coffee intake. With better control of that intake, theoretically, we can now predict (in a way) what time we'll be able to sleep.
The premise here is that, according to their website, "everyone metabolizes caffeine differently." So it's best to actually be able to keep a log of how much coffee we're able to down in a day. So, this is pretty much like keeping ourselves in a diet. We'll need to watch how much we eat so we can hit that target weight. If you (like I do) consider coffee to be water and you tend to chug it down like it's nothing, this can be a problem. Hopefully though it's going to be a problem that we can solve with this app.
I have yet to find out how effective this app can be but I'm more than willing to find out. I already download and installed it from the App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/up-coffee/id828031130?mt=8). The only remaining problem here is myself. I have to make sure to keep a religious log of the amount of coffee I'm guzzling.
They say to that I should "log for 3 days to see how you compare with other drinkers, for 7 days to reveal your Caffeine Persona." That'll be an interesting to know - my Coffee Persona. I never thought one can have that.
Anyway, the app is, sadly, an iOS only app.
So, I'm ready to get this coffee logging duties stared. I hope you are too.
Let's get buzzed!
