HIDALGO Homes, the newest development project of Mountain Haven Development Inc. along the Cabantian-Indangan Road in Davao City, takes pride in allowing more common area for its residents and allotting only 38% of the total area as saleable lots.

The medium-range development project follows the architecture introduced in MHDI’s Villa Azalea in Maa, which integrates Filipino architecture concepts of natural ventilation and lighting, and the land development concept of upscale Mountain Haven in Eden, Toril.

Around two hectares of the total property is also reserved for future development as a resort or a golf driving range.

Most of the lots have an unhampered view of Tigatto as the rolling terrain was minimally cut to preserve the natural topographic feature and the natural feel of a development surrounded by nature. This also minimizes possible hazards brought by the usual development approach of grading the whole area to maximize the number of saleable lots.

Construction of model units are ongoing and are expected to be finished by March, this year, while road and drainage works are scheduled to be completed by April.
