THE Employees Compensation Commission (ECC) has partnered with four hospitals in Davao Region to provide better medical service to persons with work related disability (PWRDs).

Francheline Orvette B. Domingo, regional program focal person of ECC Davao Region extension unit, said they have partnered with the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) in Davao City, Rivera Medical Center, Inc. (RMCI) and the Panabo Polymedic Hospital (PPH) in Panabo City, and Digos Doctors Hospital, Inc. (DDHI) in Digos City.

She said they teamed up with SPMC, RMCI, and DDHI in 2014 and with PPH last January.

In a statement, ECC said the partnership is "part of the intensive pursuit of ECC to address the long-time concern of reaching out to the PWRDs nationwide and bring to them the needed medical services."

ECC has already linked up with 21 hospitals, medical service providers, and medical experts. The complete list is found at their website,

Domingo said they have offered the partnership program to Metro Davao Medical and Research Center and San Pedro Hospital in Davao City and Tagum Doctors Hospital in Tagum City.
