FELCRIS Hotels and Resorts Corp. (FHRC) will start within the first semester of 2015 the second phase of its mixed-used development project in Davao City, called Felcris Centrale.

Three 38-storey tower condominiums make up the project's next phase, Cassandra S. Yap, FHRC executive vice president, told reporters at the sidelines of the blessing and inauguration of Felcris Centrale last Tuesday.

She said the first tower is going up within the second quarter of this year.

Yap said the pre-selling of units will also be launched within this year.

"The three tower condominiums feature convention halls, fitness and wellness centers, and retail establishments complete with a splendid view Samal Island, Mt. Apo, and the picturesque Davao City skyline," Bryan U. Yap, FHRC chair, said in his speech during the inauguration.

On Tuesday, the Davao-born company launched the first phase of Felcris Centrale, which includes the Felcris Superstore, restaurants and bars, al fresco, specialty shops, boutiques, and a 10-storey office building.

Cassandra said the commercial and business center of phase one houses 90 commercial spaces, half of which are already occupied by tenants from both Davao and Manila-based companies.

She said they have received inquiries from businesses, including a BPO company which is keen on expanding in the city.
