Rotary Club of Davao's new officers sworn in

THE Rotary Club of Davao (RCD) installed Friday their new set of officers and directors for year 2014-2015 at Marco Polo Davao.

Conrado “Jun” Hernaez Jr. was inducted as the new president of the club by Rotary District Governor, Remigio Salanatin.

Salanatin also sworn into office vice-president Romulo Diano Jr., secretary Ireneo Dalayon, treasurer Filomeno Divino, auditor Ricardo Garcia, Rotary Foundation chairperson Oscar Gonzales and membership chairperson Artemio Romero.


Inducted as board of directors and club consultants were Roberto Soriano, Enrique Diola, Ruben Robillo, Danny Fanlo, Edgar Bullecer, Franklin Buno, Jose Claro Velez, Domingo Duerme, Romeo Du, Ferdinand Marañon and Antonio Uy.

Together with the induction of officers, RCD also presented 100,000 worth of scholarship grants to qualified grade 7 and 8 students and also presented their support to 10 orphans through the World Vision.
