FOREVER Rich Philippines Inc. (FRPI) introduced a new food supplement called Laminine that can help solve protein deficiency and other related illnesses.

FRPI formally launched Laminine on Thursday at the regional office of the Philippine Information Agency.

According to a briefer, Laminine constitutes trace minerals, vitamins, fibroblast growth factor (FGF), and 22 amino acids. FGFs in Laminine determine what tissue or organ the cells of the body will form and multiply to keep it normal and healthy while also "suppressing mutant genes that cause cancer." The FGF is sourced from the white of a nine-day-old fertilized avian egg and discovered by Canadian scientist Dr. John R. Davidson in 1929.

Dr. Rhea Ann Magalona, in a statement, said Laminine has been proven to bring the human body back to its normal and healthy state through physiological rehabilitation at the cellular level.

Regular use of the food supplement helps reduces signs of ageing, builds collagen for a healthier looking skin, decreases physical and mental stress, increases physical, mental, and emotional strength, promote restful sleep, produces quicker recovery after work out and increased muscle tone, elevates serotonin levels, down-regulates pain receptors in the body, increases alertness, improves stamina and energy, increase libido, and aids in brain function and activity including focus.

"Laminine has been introduced to the Philippines two years ago but due to the demand for the product here in the South, we are launching it now. We are planning to put up a business center here soon to cater to our customers," FRPI executive vice president Eric B. Garcia said during the launch.

Magalona said anyone can take the food supplement regardless of their age.

"If you are an adult with a condition, you can take two capsules before breakfast and bedtime. If you don't have a condition, you can just take one capsule before breakfast and bedtime. For children who are not able to take capsules, the parents can just remove the powder from the capsule and mix it with water as long as it is not hot," she said.

The product is approved by the Food and Drug Administration and Halal certified.

One box of Laminine contains 30 capsules and is pegged at P2,900 and is available to all their distributors in Mindanao.
