FORMER ONE FC featherweight champion Honorio Banario’s woes continue after dropping his third straight fight last Friday.

Banario bowed to Mogolian veteran Jadambaa Naratungalag after the latter got the judges’ nod in three rounds of action in one of the undercard bouts of ONE FC – “Honor and Glory” at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore.

The 24-year-old Banario is at an all-time low in his MMA career after suffering his third loss. He got knocked out in his last two fights both by current ONE FC featherweight king Koji Oishi.
Banario dropped to 8-4, while the 38-year-old Naratungalag improved to 9-3.
In the main event, former Bellator champion Ben Askren (13-0) had a successful Asian debut with a first round arm triangle choke victory over Bakhtiyar Abbasov (11-3).

On the other hand, battle-scarred veteran Vincent Latoel (15-14-2) scored a huge upset with a first round knockout win over prospect Eddie Ng (7-2). (EKA)
