WITH his machine perfectly working the whole time, there was no stopping Rhowell “Bornok” Mangusong IV from dominating the 2nd Leg of the Man and Machine Supercross Series at the South Road Properties over the weekend.

Mangusong rebounded from a dismal performance on the first leg last month with victories in the Pro Open and Pro Lites Divisions respectively in the race organized by the Man and Machine Racing Promotions and supported by the Cebu City Government, Cebu City Sports Commission, Kopiko Astig 3-inOne, Rusi Motors, Nature Spring, Deco Sales, Cucina Calza, Jela Construction and Sel-J Motorsports.

On the other hand, while Mangusong overcame his frustrating first leg, Cebuano ace rider Jon-Jon Adlawan continued his struggles as he finished only second and third to Mangusong in the Pro Open and Pro Lites Division.

Another Cebuano daredevil, Jubenile Abellar finished second to Mangusong in the 250cc category and third in the 450cc class.

Another Cebuano young rider John Flores came in fourth in the Pro Open (450cc) category.

Flores also finished first in the Novice Open Production and fourth in Intermediate Open category.

Jougee Basco won the Intermediate Open and the Beginner’s Open Production.

The other winners are Dexter Bacabac (Veteran’s A), Roscel Dungog (Veteran’s B and C), Jed Luna (Open Enduro), Clinton Gualiza (Local Enduro), Esrael Larido (Underbone), RK Cuesta (women’s), BJ Pepito (Mini and Peewee 65cc) and Charlie Vince Pascua (Peewee 50cc).
