The award is a true testament to the holistic planning approach that Cebu Landmasters has applied to Park Centrale.

Chief operating officer Jose Franco Soberano, received the award during the glittering black-tie gala night graced by top industry partners and developers from all over the country. Soberano in his privilege speech thanked the industry partners for the recognition as well as Park Centrale design firm RMDA.

“It’s an honor to be recognized in the industry and an opportunity to showcase that Cebu’s real estate developments can compete on both a national and global scale. This is a testament to Cebu’s progress and strength,” Soberano said.
