LOUIS VUITTON has been synonymous with the Art of Travel since it was founded in 1854, designing luggage which- with elegance and ingenuity- has accompanied explorers and pioneers, stars and statesmen, and stylish travelers.

Today, Louis Vuitton continues to be the perfect travel companion, may it be in the form of trunk beds for expeditions to Africa, or sleek city bags for urban strolls in European cities.

In the spirit of discovering new destinations, Louis Vuitton Philippines holds its first ever event outside of Metro Manila in the vibrant city of Cebu this Aug. 5 to 7, 2014. Widely known for furniture making artisans, captivating beaches, immaculate diving sites, flavorful delicacies, and colorful festivals, Cebu has long been the country’s top tourist destination. It is also known for its appreciation of high quality and craftsmanship, making it the perfect venue to showcase Louis Vuitton’s leather goods collection. This event also serves as an invitation to clients to enjoy the brand’s complimentary delivery service to most cities in the Philippines, available through its Client Services Center, at (632) 7574512.

Louis Vuitton began its journey in the Philippines in 1993, when it opened its first boutique in Makati. The brand expanded its presence in 2011 with a 395 square meter, three-level boutique at Greenbelt 4 Makati, an affirmation of its confidence in the Philippine retail market. In December 2013, Louis Vuitton commemorated its 20th anniversary in the country by collaborating with five Philippine artists on an art exhibit entitled “A Tribute to Heroines” in its Greenbelt boutique. Proceeds of the sale of each artwork supported the rebuilding of SOS Children’s Village in Tacloban, which was affected by Typhoon Haiyan.
