SINCE its launch in April 2014, reservation sales for The Midpoint Residences already total more than 20 percent of the Tower 1 units. Taking this as a good sign and inspired by this overwhelming market reception, The Midpoint Residences will break ground months ahead of original projected schedule.

On June 26, 2014, the officers of Pacific Land Ventures, the holding company of The Midpoint Residences, together with select guests, partners, investors, and clients, will undergo symbolic builders’ rites by turning first sod at the project site.

Like most other rites, this ground breaking ceremony is laden with meaning for the developers of The Midpoint Residences. A celebration in itself, breaking ground at The Midpoint project site speaks of a private triumph, a collective success, and a shared passion for life and beautiful, intimate living spaces—all 635 units of it.

From its piece of humble earth, to an open sky of aspirations, the groundbreaking ceremony also marks the first concrete step undertaken in the fulfillment of a new reality for future homeowners come July 2017.

The Midpoint Residences is a two-tower high-rise residential condominium complex aptly located in Banilad, Mandaue City – the actual midpoint between Cebu’s North and South, bringing you close to the business and leisure locales, and also one of Metro Cebu’s premier addresses. It is the first 28-storey residential condominium soon to rise in this area and when completed, is believed to be Mandaue City’s tallest building structure.
