Waterfront Hotel Group launches mobile app-A A +A

FAMOUS for its exceptional world-class services, Waterfront Hotels and Casinos introduces a new level of Filipino hospitality by launching its very own mobile application that makes all of their guests' traveling needs possible right at their fingertips.
“We want to be part of this next big thing especially that the travel market is going mobile.
Our intention is to stay as close to the market place as possible, especially that even our local market favors online transactions” said Maria Socorro Cotelo, corporate planning director of Waterfront Cebu City Hotels and Casino (WCCHC).
Cotelo said that they are the first Filipino hospitality chain to introduce this innovation into their services. The app was developed by Cebuano developers.
With the mobile app, guests can book their hotel reservations faster and easier at any of the Waterfront Hotels whenever they want. It has maps and direction feature that helps guests easily locate Waterfront and its nearby landmarks. Guests can also give direct feedback for any of their concerns about their stay.
The coolest feature of the mobile app according to Glenn C. Gucor, WCCHC's group information technology manager, is that it will send push notification messages that alerts its users every time promotions and events are uploaded in Twitter and Facebook.
