ISUZU is bringing adventure to a higher level through their Isuzu D-Max 4x4 Drive Series. From May 9 to 11, Isuzu came to Cebu to bring their hottest vehicle to the test.

Dubbed as “One challenge five destinations,” Isuzu is touring around the country to give everyone a chance to experience off-road driving with the Isuzu D-Max. In very pit stop, everyone can put the D-Max to the test by going through 13 different 4x4 off-road obstacles.

This off-road test drive shows that the D-Max is built for serious off-road adventures and can withstand different off-road obstacles. The event highlights the capabilities of the vehicle.

The participants and eager test drivers underwent a quick driving briefing with an expert to go through the basics of off-road driving and the challenges. They also received a training manual before hitting the dirt road.

This is the first time for this kind of activity to hit the Queen City of the South. The brand chose Cebu because of the strong contribution of the Cebuano market to the overall performance of the D-Max since its launch.

“The market of the 4x4 pickup is continuously growing,” Takashi Torita, executive vice president of Isuzu Philippines, noted.

Rene Paningbatan, president of Isuzu Cebu, said that the event aims to advance the top selling vehicle of Isuzu.

Since the drive series, the inquiries and sales of D-Max have been increasing starting off with Pampanga. They are hoping to get the same effect in all of the locations. The drive series has gone to Pampanga and Cebu and will be dropping by at Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao respectively. (ADO)
