32 Sanson by Rockwell is showing what it has to offer to the Cebuano market. They inaugurated their showroom last April 3, 2014 and demonstrated the luxurious and lush life in the development.

Rockwell Land specializes in building communities. It has been in the industry since 1995 and has started off their developments in Makati. It also boasts of being a unique developer, which many clients appreciate.

Vienn Tionglico-Guzman, senior marketing manager of Rockwell Land, said that with the model units, Rockwell has more to show.

32 Sanson sits on a 3.2-hectare property and is a garden development with 70 percent open spaces and 30 percent buildings. It’s a purely residential project that prioritizes the quality of life of the residents. Rockwell is proud of delivering a laidback Cebuano lifestyle through this development.

“We’re offering not just the apartment, but also offering the sense of community which is different from others in the market,” Crystal Ozamis, sales director for Rockwell Land Cebu, said.

Rockwell wants to establish a market in Cebu with 32 Sanson. The entire project will be delivered to clients by the first quarter of 2017. The first phase, with the first
two towers will be completed by June of 2016. The second phase, on the other hand will be finished the year after.

The response of Cebu to the project has been good. Around 30 percent of the total units havebeen sold even before the model units were made available. They are looking forward to sell all the units from the first phase by July this year.

Majority of the buyers are mostly Cebuano entrepreneurs and businessmen, Ozamis noted.

Aside from the Cebu market, the Rockwell team will be tapping into the neighboring provinces of Cebu to market 32 Sanson. (ADO)
