DURING this time of graduation and job hunting, the best way to compete and get the job is to equip oneself. This is what Cebu Recruitment Agency (CRA) is offering to everyone.

CRA provides free call center training to those who are interested to be an agent. The training lasts for a week. Every day, the trainees are coached on language and accent neutralization and communication, including mock calls. They are also motivated and given self-confidence to get the job done. Every week, CRA coaches 15 to 20 trainees.

This is a great training for those without call center experience. It’s also an outlet to mold applicants for the industry and make them aware of the western culture.

Applicants only have to be at least high school graduates with the eagerness to learn.

“We’re here to help them if they really want to be a part of the industry,” Moses Aro Jr., recruitment officer of CRA, said.

The agency also endorses successful trainees to their affiliate call centers in Cebu.

Those who do not qualify the call centers will be endorsed to other job openings that fit their qualifications in the metro. This ensures that trainees get ample of job opportunities.

Aside from the free call center training, CRA is also looking into providing a different type of training next year for those in the hotel industry.

Interested applicants of the free call center training can drop their resumes at the CRA office at the 20th level of Golden Peak Hotel or email it to
