This March and April 2014, explore the aromatic flavors of Thai cooking as executive chef Chachpol Suaisom together with task force restaurant manager, Tuk Pirakarn of Marriott Courtyard Bangkok, and task force Chef de partie Wipa Chatwattanasakul of Renaissance Bangkok whips up an authentic Thai feast highlighting distinct elements of Southeast Asian traditions.

The Friday Night Seafood Buffet at the Garden Café offers a selection of starters, hot items, mains, cheese station, crepe station and homemade desserts at P1,600 net. Back to back at the Garden Café every Saturday Night is the Prime Rib Buffet. Steak all you can on a perfectly slow cooked U.S. Prime Rib of beef and if that’s not enough, indulge in a carving of Lechon de Cebu on the side. The Saturday Night Prime Rib Buffet is at P1,200 net per person.

Don’t Tell the Chef for the month of March and April features Thai cuisine in live interactive food stations to give you a fresh dining experience.
