Tuesday, March 18, 2014
THE Center for Global Best Practices will host a one-day pioneering seminar on “Best Practices in Project Risk Management,” on April 30 at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.
The seminar will provide participants with a project management tool kit– developed by the lecturer–that can be used for risk identification, analysis and assessment so users can have more realistic plans, schedules and budget contingencies.
Lecture demonstrations and “hands-on” class exercises -- with several “Quick & Easy” templates -- will reinforce participants’ understanding and facilitate “take away” competence.
The seminar will have project management guru, Dr. Ken Smith, who has over 40 years of experience as a practitioner and lecturer of the topic.
Interested participants are encouraged to avail themselves of the early bird and group discounts. Seats are limited and pre-registration is required.
