JOHN CLEMENTS Consultants, Inc. opened a second office at i2 Building in IT Park to serve new clients.

The company was conceived 40 years ago in Metro Manila. They came to Cebu in 2008 to provide recruitment services and help a client in starting a company in the city. From opening serving only one client, John Clements is already catering to hundreds of businesses in the queen city of the south and it still is growing.

“Cebu has been continuously growing and it’s about time to open a new office,” Grace Sorongon, vice-president and managing director of John Clements Consultants, Inc., said.

The company is hoping to make Cebu their next hub and be like Manila. In line with this goal, John Clements is planning to bring in new products to Cebu within the year.

They will be offering services like leadership learning program, executive coaching, 360 degrees feedback assessment, and other assessment services. These are products that businesses in Cebu should look forward to.

Sorongon added that a lot of companies are in need of tools to evaluate the standards of the leadership and management skills of their employees. These services are serious and long-term investments that businesses can make in order to develop their workforce and their competitiveness.

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is also looking at future expansion within the Visayas, specifically in Ilo-ilo, towards the next year to serve more companies in the countries. (ADO)
